Equality Kansas (eqks.org)is a unified statewide group of fair-minded people who are determined to end discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. We seek to ensure the dignity, safety and legal equality of all Kansans.
Kansas Equality Coalition of Topeka, Inc. works to secure fair treatment for all citizens, especially with regard to sexual orientation and gender identity. We recognize the interconnectedness of all forms of oppression and we seek alliances with other organization to combat racism, sexism, homophobia, and all other forms of oppression.
Kansas Statewide Transgender Education Project (K-STEP) provides a panel of transgender educators to groups who request their services. K-STEP has presented to departments of corrections, mental health care providers, social organizations, and many more diverse groups. Their goal is to put a human face on a population that is sometimes feared and is generally misunderstood.

- First Call for Help for people seeking any kind of help or community resources including financial matters, housing, food, legal problems, and health concerns
